I wear this high waisted skirt below the knee. I'm 5ft 8" and even with a high waist it's still below the knee. Looks more expensive than it actually is. One size fits all. I saw one reviewer say it was see through. US size 10 to 14 - it will not show through. I have it in black and navy so can't speak for lighter colors. It adheres well to the body and calves even after walking. throughout the day. I would say the fabric looks like a thicker version of the top of the pantyhose. The pleated "pattern" is beautiful and the pleats stay put all day no matter what you do. Good product for the money!
