I've had this camera for 2 months. Image quality was excellent, then it started to drop. The image became blurry and stayed that way. The camera said my SD card was not connected. I emailed Netvue support and they informed me that I am not eligible for the upgrade. I read on their forum to uninstall the remote and then reinstall the camera in my WIFI, which is what I did. It never connected to wifi after about 40 attempts. This is the second Netvue to do the same. It installed perfectly on my WIFI but after just a few months the cameras stopped working. If you read the many comments on the Netvue forum, you will see that this is a very common problem. Needless to say I'm not happy
