I've been using Cloud 2 for over 2 years and I still love it. was looking for a wireless headset due to the hype about wireless headsets. disappointed from the beginning of the unpacking, but still excited, maybe the headset is really that good. I don't need to download any drivers, just plug in the wireless USB port and you're good to go. The range is good, I can still hear music/comms with it from my computer on the second floor while I'm in the kitchen on the first floor. the mic sucks as always, buy a snowball or better if you need a decent mic. The volume is TERRIBLE I can't even hear footsteps which is crisp unlike my cloud 2 and it's louder and the thing is it sucks as it doesn't have equalizer adjustment software! If you have a big head like mine you can feel your ears touching the drivers and there are no extra fabric earpads, replace the leather earpads with extra fabric earpads from my cloud 2.tl:drpros:-wireless -plug and play-good wireless - battery life is good Cons: - expensive - feels cheaper than my cloud 2 - drivers touch your ears - no software or equalizer - volume is lower than my cloud 2 - terrible microphone
