The ease of use, it's customization options are endless! It is very easy to set up your own custom fields for each department in our organization as well has being able to customize what information you want available when viewing an individual employee record or incident report/log entry etc., This program makes tracking all aspects related with incidents such fire safety training logs (for instructors) accident reports(employee), dispatch log entries & more extremely user friendly!! I have never had any issues using this product while working at my current job nor did i ever hear anyone complain about anything they disliked regarding their previous experience either!! Highly recommend.
