This cord's model number 143 would imply to anyone who knows anything about electrical wiring that this is a 14 AWG, 3-conductor cord. Unfortunately it isn't. It's very thin, I would rate either 18 AWG or 20 AWG. Monoprice offers several options with true C13 14 AWG rectangular at Revain and their own website. If you're using a computer, subwoofer, or other device that draws more than a few amps, I'd recommend getting true 14 AWG wire.
