I got these because they were well spaced and close together unlike all the others where the bulbs are 3ft apart. The bulbs are a little smaller than I expected but look nice and work great with a third party built in outdoor dimmer. But there are a few questions: 1) These lightbulbs are insanely fragile. The glass is paper thin and the slightest blow, even to each other, will shatter them. This makes even pulling on them a tricky, slow, and nervous task. I had a break just laying them on the floor. I didn't even realize they were made of glass. I actually wanted plastic because of the durability. Unfortunately the seller does not offer a replacement which is a big disappointment. 2) The lamps are so small and light that they don't hang straight. Instead, points in any random direction along the wire I'm cutting them on. Departing from the aesthetic I was aiming for. So now I need to find a source to replace plastic light bulbs to replace some of the glass bulbs that I will break every year. I'm not yet sure how to get them to hang straight down without attaching each bulb to a wire which would make removing and reinstalling each year a huge pain.
