The software itself isn't too hard to use, but some of its features (e.g., setting up alerts) require extensive support from our team - which can be expensive! If you have an inhouse HR department that's willing/able to do this work then it will probably save you money down the line as well. A lot more accurate than manually entering data into Excel files or other programs like ADP TimeClock etc. It also allows us to quickly see who has been paid what amount per month so we don't need separate spreadsheets to keep track off each employee. The ease of use, the features available to be able to track time off (including annualised), as well as making pay out easy to manage/process. There are some areas that could be improved but nothing major. Would highly recommend! Tracking your employee's time off usefully so you can make informed decisions about who takes what days when you have more than one person taking vacation at once.
