Good vibration and calming effect. My favorite roller is a nozzle with two golden balls. I often suffer from migraines, that's nice. I just want it to stay cooler longer. Oh, and if like me you have long hair, lift it up before using the ball head. It tends to get stuck in your bangs or hair at your temples and pull out thin strands from time to time.
