I paid full price and they sent me what appeared to be an open box. The box with the torn bags had dangling screws (to be honest I'm surprised all the necessary screws were there). Looks like they sent me the wrong part too, the screw holes didn't match up and I had to physically loosen the weak legs to line up the holes. Hopefully the metal is strong enough that the tension doesn't break them along the line. The holes in the top part of the chipboard don't line up either, I ended up only inserting 2 of the 4 screws to hold it in place. The only reason is no immediate return because my partner likes his look.
