Iztor, an internet retailer that focuses on auto and marine components, let me down badly. The parts I bought from them were of low quality and fell short of my expectations, despite the company's claims that it sells a large variety of high-quality products. The products I ordered were not what I expected based on the website's product descriptions. I called customer service for help and got a cold shoulder and unhelpful answers. It was obvious that they had no intention of fixing the problem or giving me what I needed. The already disappointing experience of obtaining shoddy goods was compounded by the lengthy shipping delay. Unfortunately, Iztor fell short of my expectations for professionalism and quality service. As a result, I will not refer anyone looking for high-quality car or marine parts to Iztor. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone in search of auto or boat parts, as their low-quality goods and unhelpful staff left much to be desired.
