The support team is very responsive, helpful and quick to answer any questions we have! We've been using them since 2015 so they know our business well which helps with troubleshooting issues as quickly as possible. It's hard sometimes when you need help but don't get it from their customer service department - not sure if that has changed recently? I wish there was more of an option between monthly billing vs yearly/2 year contracts (we are going through this right now). There isn’t anything specific about how much data per month goes over your limit other than "if used all at once then no extra charge will be made". You can use unlimited video uploaders within certain limits though- just keep tabs on what videos go where etc.- otherwise everything gets billed after 30 days unless paid upfront by credit card beforehand.
