My husband and I first saw massage guns a few years ago and wanted to buy one but always put it off. We both exercise a lot and regret not having the luxury of going to a massage therapist on a regular basis. I think if we knew how awesome it is to own massage guns we would have bought them a long time ago! We love different attachments and there is one for every muscle group and goal. The thumb-like deep tissue massager is by far my favorite and goes deep into the muscle; I'm also a big fan of the notched neck brace as I work at the computer all day and my neck is sore and flat for muscle relaxation. The speed range is also good. It reaches 30, that is 3200 rpm and a depth of 12 mm. We usually start small and build up over time, but you don't have to go all the way to 30 to feel the benefits. This is something you can evaluate as you use it and how much you think you need. There are many great things besides massage. The battery lasts a long time. After the first charge with regular use, it lasted at least three weeks. It's easy to use. The handle is easy to grip so you can easily use it on yourself, although having someone else use it on you is much nicer! Both my husband and I used it for neck and back massages when no one else was home. This is definitely a product I can recommend! So nice to have this at home when I need a massage.
