The product comes with 3 poles that need to be shoved down into 3 rubber holes drilled into the base. The shortest 2 poles managed to fit, but I had to push down really hard to get them secure, and once they were in, they were IN. However, the longest pole would simply not go into the base. I guess the rubber hole just wasn't big enough but I could not get it to fit. Just wanted to warn interested buyers that you might encounter this problem.
