These guys are incredibly useful. I got snowed in at a ski resort last winter and used it to build a sleep fort in a cabin out of chairs and an old sheet. Today I used 3 of these to temporarily add a curtain rod and blackout drapes over the existing blinds on my sliding glass doors. I've used them as shoelaces, hair ties, and short boards. They attach things to other things and keep twisted things twisted. I keep a few in my car, a few in my bug bag, a few in my suitcase and a few strategically placed around the house. I've bought two packs so far and know I'll be back for more. Update: 3 months later the tiebacks holding the curtain rod and the blackout curtains still work.
