I like that it helps with the task of having all my clients organized as well as keeping track of appointments for upcoming events at our office! It also has a section called "Check List", which stores notes from doctors' offices or any other personal information you may need stored away while at work. The program isn't always very user friendly, so if you're not familiar with computers this might be an issue for you. In the beginning it was difficult finding out where things were located once we had finished storing files into it. There are many sections but sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for when organizing them. We have been able to organize ourselves much easier than before, without having hundreds of folders scattered throughout our filing cabinet! Keeping track of notes pertaining to each patient who comes through our clinic door makes us feel more prepared going forward.
