NOTHING corresponded to the written description. The charging connector was detached right out of the box. So much so that I even had to hold the charging cable to set it up initially. However, the graphics were pretty amazing. However, I couldn't download anything. Everything I did had to be online, games and all that. I couldn't even download a simple app. This version of Chromebook is practically obsolete. That said, maybe someone could use it as a good word processor or something, although for me and my kids the lack of apps meant it was just a building block. Especially without charging. I even bought new charging cables from Revain, no luck, still broken. The keyboard was also very sticky, with other keys popping up even when not pressed (escape key was one, control was another). Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't practical for kids who want to play apps. Extremely dissatisfied, had more problems (mechanical) than it should have with the refurbished product. If I could put 0 β I would. Since I can't, 1β.
