My boys got rashes from it
I had to give 3 stars because. My 3 year old son and 5 year old son developed a small rash on his neck and shoulder. I wonder if the product would be too hard for a toddler. The product smells very nice and is not too strong. However, I have used Baby Dove rain covers for my two boys and they are fantastic.
