Firmware version 3.0.0.4.374.33 has been put through more than half a year of use in a modest office (Merlin build). Supports a Network Attached Storage (NAS) server, as well as five PCs connected to a network, along with a laptop and four devices connected to Wi-Fi. I did not make any use of the "gadgets" that came pre-installed on the device (AiDisk, Download Master, etc.). During the entirety of the time that the system was active, a restart was never (!) Needed, it functions perfectly with no errors. Prior to that, they attempted to use the ZyXEL Keenetic Giga, but it froze anywhere from once every two and five days. The only snag I came across was when I tried to connect a Yota modem to the router as a backup internet connection. When used only with Yota or exclusively with LAN, it functions without any issues at all. If both Yota and LAN are connected at the same time, and the failover mode for Yota is activated, then if the LAN Internet connection is lost, the Yota Internet connection will not switch over to replace the LAN Internet connection. I am unable to say whether the problem is caused by the software or the hardware. In passing, I should remark that the previously mentioned Keenetic Giga was able to swap on the fly without encountering any difficulties. In the end, we believed that it was lacking in principle. Other than that, the apparatus works quite well.
