These headphones, as rightly noted, have elevated mid-bass and highs. I can’t say that this spoils something, the sound is clear, voluminous and “tasty”. All kinds of acoustic music sounds especially good - jazz, classical, country rock. Nevertheless, on some compositions, the overestimated upper middle is annoying, personally, I can’t listen to music in these headphones for a long time. Compared to other similar models, the Philips Fidelio X1 in my opinion sound better, and much more. Even with the significantly cheaper Yamaha HPH-200, I find the sound generally more pleasant and balanced. The design does not seem to be very reliable, but after six months of use, no mechanical problems have arisen. These headphones sit very comfortably on the head, they are somehow cozy, for some reason I associate them with soft house slippers. These headphones are available in versions with different resistances, I have the 32 Ohm option. I connected it to the Asus Xonar U7, to the home receiver and to the Galaxy Tab 8.4 tablet, they sounded about the same everywhere.
