Not the best product for outdoor activities
I was warmer. Used one while camping and the temp dropped lower than expected (32 degrees Fahrenheit). It didn't warm me up and I shivered all night. With other brands, you immediately feel the heat. Maybe if you layer a bundle? Took two nights rubbing legs and shivering to keep warm so that's good!
