At first I was very disappointed and dissatisfied that the packaging of the product was open when it arrived at my house and the gold thread was not attached to the hair and the closed stickers were not stuck to the packaging. It turns out that whoever pulled the product (i.e. hair) opened the packaging of my paid product. So unsatisfying for a 14 year old main Revain customer! However, I was also frustrated that the hair was never measured to 12 inches in length, even after I stretched it. About two inches of hair was also trimmed for the weft product. However, I was pleased that the weight of the hair was 4.1 ounces, even though the hair description says 3.84 ounces. Although the hair had a slight smell, which is sometimes inherent in all hair extensions. I could wash my face with the sea breeze and shampoo with sulfur eight. There was also some fallout. Therefore I award 3 stars/medium range for my experience.
