I had another docking station from the same company. I had issues with it but the tech support was great. They immediately diagnosed the problem and sent me a replacement which worked great. I needed a second device and bought this one. It is actually cheaper than the other. This one looks much more solid and high quality. I was able to set it up as a fully portable office setup. Use it with a portable monitor, 60W PD portable battery, keyboard, trackpad, and headphones. It features a dual USB-C port and powers both the monitor and laptop while staying charged. I didn't have to install any drivers, a simple connection worked right away. It shows up as an additional sound in my MacBook's settings. The monitor worked flawlessly via HDMI. My keyboard actually draws quite a bit of power, which many USB hubs struggle with. This had no problem. Both the keyboard and trackpad were recognized immediately and worked flawlessly. It's a nice, compact design that I can carry around or leave on my desk when I'm working from home. A good companion for my office, which I would buy again at any time. It's also nice to know that their tech support is available and willing to help when I need help. I really appreciate the fact that it's a very sensible design (which many similar products seem to lack). It keeps the ports you usually want to hide in the background, while keeping the ports you need access to mostly accessible from the front. Remember that you will need your own USB-C PD adapter. It worked with both my 60W USB-C PD Anchor Adapter and my 60W USB-C PD Battery Pack. It took me less than five minutes to get everything working.
