If, like us, you just need to iron out a few creases every now and then, this model is perfect. We just bought some new suits in Hong Kong, brought them back and calculated the cost of ironing each of the three pieces of clothing we could get on this steamer. If you only use it a few times a month (or year), it will last. The unit isn't badly designed or very cheaply made, but they cut off some things like the plastic drain plug (I just take out the water tank and hose and tilt the unit to drain it that way!). The hose attachment is well made and sufficient for the occasional user. The steam pressure is enough to smooth out the wrinkles. The extendable hanger could be a bit taller but fits most clothes. So if you want a steamer for the price of 3 or 4 puffs, this is a pretty good choice.
