This dehydrator is easy to use! This works very well. You can only set the temperature in increments of 5, if that's not accurate enough for you then you are pickier than me. I have found that it takes a lot longer than the instructions say. It doesn't get very hot (I can touch the sides and back without burning myself), but the base keeps the counter fairly warm. We put ours on an inverted metal pan just to be safe. I love that it has a metal grill instead of plastic bowls like many dehydrators. Overall a great product!
