I just received mine today and am trying to return it but note it was shipped direct from China. The metal does not cut well and has very sharp edges, like a knife. This is dangerous! My packaging does not say Norpro, but XIN SHUO as the manufacturer. I ordered a Norpro product as described here from a Pinkcoo seller but received a fake direct from China. I compared the genuine Norpro spoon I currently have to the fake Xin Shuo. Norpro makes very high quality products. The finish is smooth. Stainless steel is heavier and more beautiful. The fake Xin Shuo is cheaply made from low quality stainless steel and has sharp edges.
