Good Place Tree size but NOT a 4ft tree

This tree is described as a 4ft tree but is NOT. It has a long spike at the top of about 7 inches with no branches, so you can't hang decorations there. It is difficult to put the top on the tree because it falls down. There is 10 inches of clearance at the bottom with no knots. Once adorned it looks beautiful but almost a foot of space is wasted so it should not be described as a 4 foot tree.
