It is loose fitting and looks more like a shrink jacket than a shaped jacket.

This is NOT 18awg. Measured and counted the number of strands, and it barely reaches 22 AWG. The jacket is also not the same as in the photo. It is loose fitting and looks more like a shrink jacket than a shaped jacket as shown in the picture.
