I'm 5ft 9in, 168lbs, medium build. After reading the reviews I bought the size L and they fit very well. I use them to prepare for triathlons and duathlons, usually around 24 miles. They are very comfortable, dry quickly, do not slip on the legs, the quality of the fabric and stitching is comparable to top brands (I have Pearl Izumi Select and I like them better). You look good too. On the back, near the waist, there is a mesh that allows sweat to evaporate faster. I liked them so much I now have red and blue! I wouldn't be surprised if they became a big brand.
