I have fibromyalgia and PTSD and use 3 different devices to track my wellbeing: Apple Watch during the day, Oura ring for sleep and Coros Apex for exercise. I wanted to combine them into one device and am happy to report that I found it! I love how focused this watch is on recovery and the nervous system. I also love that it doesn't discourage you when you need to rest etc like Garmin does. I feel like you're really only being compared to your own baseline and not to the rest of the population that doesn't have chronic diseases. It works great for practice. I'm still figuring out which buttons do what during my workouts, but I've had no problems. What I also like is that it's quite minimalist compared to other activity trackers, but has way too much information and data in the app. If you look at it, you'll never know how much data it collects. I've found sleep tracking and ANS charging to be the most helpful tool for me to take care of myself and you can see the correlation between stress and these two numbers. I also love how you can set the clock to Do Not Disturb, but the red dot still shows to let you know you have notifications. Even the Apple Watch couldn't do that. I will sell other devices because I finally found what I was looking for. The only downside is the straps, but I think this is one of the nicest watches out there.
