Cute but I think they’re used

Came with hair on them and not in the shoe box . I know they have a box bc I returned this same shoe in a bigger size bc they’re about a half size too large. They had hair on them out of the box and looked dirty then cleaned (pictured) I’m so annoyed bc I like them and they took forever to come and this is the second pair I will have to return :(
