The logo faces away from the wall!
The logo/brand name is on the front of the thing, as long as that's facing away from the wall you're in good shape. If you flip it around it wont glide smoothly and the screws will be too short, so if that's your issue then you have it backwards. We ordered one set and then reordered and got some cool new stickers. The kids love them, sometimes a little too much they have their own raves sometimes. lol Good sturdy plastic, the stickers are really fun, and now the youngest can use the bathroom on his own because he can turn the light on.
