I like that it allows me to easily search for employees by department or job title. This is a very user friendly platform. It can be a little confusing at first, but once you learn how to use it, it's not hard to navigate through all of the features. The customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to build a database of employees to make hiring decisions easier. We need to know who we are bringing into our organization to ensure that they are qualified and able to do the job.
