Comhats's Customer Service Is Terrible.

I'm an avid online shopper, and I just had a terrible experience with Comhats' customer support. Despite being an industry leader in women's apparel (including but not limited to shoes, handbags, and jewelry) and accessories (including but not limited to hats and caps), the company's customer care leaves much to be desired. I contacted customer support because I had a problem with my purchase. Their customer service reps, however, were unresponsive and unhelpful. They were slow to answer my questions, and when they did, their explanations were useless. In addition, I found the products I got to be of low quality, despite Comhats' claims to the contrary. None of the garments or footwear were particularly well-fitting. The quality was so low that not even the hats and headgear met my standards. In sum, my time spent with Comhats was less than satisfying. As a product manager, my advice would be to focus on better serving their customers and making sure the quality of their goods matches their claims. Because of this, I will not be able to endorse Comhats to my online shopping chums until that time has passed.
