Seriously, Encased, what happened here? Did you have a Note 10+ that you worked with during the design process? If so, how is it possible for the case to accidentally press the power button? The photo shows how it happens. Obviously this issue renders the holster/stand feature unusable. The only way to avoid this is to pay attention to which way your screen phone is facing when you plug it in (in other words, you should place your screen phone face up in the holster). I have never used a holster that only works one way. For reasons of authenticity, I've owned several sturdy holsters from Encased and Otterbox since the Note 4. I used the Encased Rebel series. The durable holster case has been exclusive to the Note 8 for the past 2 years, so it's very fresh in my memory. I know how a durable holster is supposed to work. I can't be the only one affected. Maybe people write rave reviews too early, before they really get to know the product. Note: I bought this after being very dissatisfied with the thin Encased DuraClip Note 10+ holster. In conclusion, I think we're done.
