If you need to extend your SATA power cables, this will work.
I bought these power cords this year so I can't comment on the durability or lifespan of the cords but I can say they worked as expected. I bought these power cables due to the design of my Coolermaster Overseer, all power cables tend to go to the motherboard and not the hard drives. had on hand. They work like clockwork and don't cause any problems.
