Like most mud tools. I am satisfied with the quality of the product. It's way better than my old pliers from the beginner's tool kit. The wire is flexible so it doesn't kink/twist. The only downside is that it's harder for you to wrap the wire around the comfortable handles than it is with a wooden stick handle. But I don't care since I never use this technique. But I wanted to point this out to potential buyers. Also pay attention to the length of the pliers. It's shorter than I'm used to, but the length hasn't affected any of my projects.
