Product is used to help hold up your trousers. the adjusters on straps are used to shorten or lengthen the straps. the adjusters were improperly installed. the bulk of the adjuster is installed so that when you are wearing them the bilk of the adjuster in to the inside and irritates the shoulders. both ends of the strap is attached either to a clip or the cross piece on the back. only way to take the adjusters off is to take the straps apart. they are too uncomfortable to wear and now the return date caught up and i'll probably donate them.
