Although the product description and product packaging indicate that these cartridges are compatible with my HP LaserJet printer, the printer did not recognize them and gave an error screen. After much trial and error, I was finally able to get it to work by replacing the carriage's built-in glass with one of my old used cartridges. It works, but it thinks the new cartridge is out of ink and keeps giving an annoying warning (which I ignore). Both carts shipped with this order have the wrong chips installed. I wouldn't recommend them unless you're willing to have your printer cartridge operated on before you can use it.
