I really enjoy working with this team! They are very helpful, kind, patient, collaborative; they make me feel at ease to work in my own way but also able to deliver what we need together as an agency/company when it comes time for our projects. We have been using them since 2016 (after finding their logo) and everything has gone smoothly thus far - no complaints about anything related to their service or communication during that timeframe. It's great because they can handle multiple clients simultaneously without having any issues handling those different relationships - which helps us keep up with demand while still being able to manage each project separately. The only thing so far where there was something not ideal would be if you were searching through all of your files after some period of time looking for certain pieces from past jobs. This could happen depending upon how much content you've uploaded over time. So just a heads-up regarding potential problems like that.
