This burner was ordered on April 5th and arrived on May 13th but this NEW unit was missing a bottle cap for the gallon jug. I had to wait 10-15 days. Meanwhile, I couldn't use the machine until the bottle cap arrived. As of June 29, more than 15 days have passed and the missing part has not yet been received. Attempting to return an item. UPDATE: Refund was made on 06/30/2020
