Broken Parts
Received this today and was so excited because it was recommended by a good soap maker. It looks like it will be strong, but the cord that came with it was very bent and probably won't cut straight even when pulled hard. Then I attach the handle to the screw with string and it is only half screwed. It doesn't quite rotate. I've tried many times and it looks like the threads on the string screw are a little crooked. Just sent a message so I'll update if they get fixed in a timely manner. I want parts or a new one. I don't want to go back because I really need it and it was recommended. Damn. Hope they reply quickly.
