It's a charm for the third time
This is the third device I've bought in a week to get the settings I needed. This one works. I use it for 2 monitors and 2 laptops. Laptops WILL show an extended display, but you need to make sure you're plugged in twice. This means that I connected HDMI and USB-C to this device from 1 computer via an adapter on a laptop with HDMI. Everyone uses 1 HDMI port on this device. Hope this helps someone as it took me a week and $350 to figure this out. The bright yellow buttons aren't as smooth as other devices like this one, but it works!
