I like how easy it is for me as my marketing assistant/PR intern to add new clients into our database of contact information that can be emailed or called upon in case we need their help with press releases or any other form of publicity. There are many different platforms within this program but they don't all work together seamlessly so you have to learn them separately which takes time but once you do everything becomes much easier! You also get some free training if your employer doesn’t offer one already. It's very intuitive when learning, just take advantage of the tutorials offered by PRMax so there aren't too many questions about what features actually function because most people know these things anyway after using another platform before coming here. We use this product daily to input client names and email addresses from previous campaigns & emails sent out to those individuals via LinkedIn groups etc.
