Update: For 2.5 years the coating has faded quite a bit (probably from the sun, but I live in Seattle, I keep the jeep on the road). It still seemed waterproof so I wanted to try painting it. Unfortunately it has a big rip in the middle of the fabric on top when I put it back on the other day so it's time to replace that cover. The cover holds up well on the front of my dirty, worn out Jeep. The yellow seams turned out a lot lighter than I expected, so I outlined them with a sharpie. After many other abuses and sitting in the weather, things are still looking good.
