Zipper.steer clear on my review.

Another off-brand failure sold on Walmart.A few days outside the return window, the zipper began tearing in the corner after only a few uses. Literally less than 10 pulls on it. A shame since the sleeve is thick and protective, padded nicely inside. Nice looking too. They cheaped out in the zipper material. When it fully tears we'll remove the zipper and use it without, placed inside the laptop bag. Fit my wife's large powerhouse MSI well. Not interested in searching for a new sleeve.I'll solve this by writing the negative review. Maybe if I keep doing that it'll combat the fake positive reviews for junk like this. It is getting ridiculous, you can't trust the reviews. These unscrupulous vendors are writing bogus reviews for their own products. If you take the time to read the positive reviews they say very simple, often poorly worded or downright improperly worded general statements that don't support the product. I won't go into details about what I mean by improperly. Read some and you'll figure it out quickly. Walmart needs to do a better job combatting the fake reviews that claim to be verified. Maybe they don't want to?!?!I used to only buy items sold by Walmart, but more and more this no-name junk pops-up first in searches and you can't find the name brands. I've had to resort to searching for known products on the general internet to get to the product page on Walmart. Kind of think Walmart is going the route of profits thru sponsored products, rather than trying to deliver a quality product/experience. This falls way short of their slogan to be the most 'customer centric company on earth'. This path will only lead them to fall from grace and Wally World won't need to change its failing ways to reverse the damage taken on by its competition (Walmart).I'm not the only person noticing these things. After a few burns lately on products I've begun reading reviews more closely. Once you get past the uneducated 'i bought this thinking it was blue, the description didn't state in size 52 font that it was pink, I didn't think it mattered that the picture was pink'. Yes, we've all read them, except 90℅ of the words are spelled phonetically. Anyway I digress, but the point is, trust those bad reviews that are outweighed by fake positive reviews!

Pros
  • Protects devices from dents and scratches
Cons
  • The sleeve may not be flexible enough to fit certain devices
