Review on 🚰 Culligan FM 25 Advanced Faucet Filtration System by Russ Mashlan

Filtering excellent, water tastes very good but: FILTER CHANGE = TOTAL FAILURE. I'm not sure if mine is defective or all of them, but my unit won't disconnect the filter. I just bought a replacement filter and would really like to follow up with you guys but I tried for 3 hours my hands were bleeding all over. It was EXTREMELY frustrating to remove it, I re-read all the instructions, first I tried it with my bare hands as it obviously didn't work, I tried it with pliers until the pliers destroyed the wings, and then i started hitting it sideways which destroyed it as you can see in the attached file. a photo. I even tried leaving it in hot water for a while. The damn filter doesn't show up, although people on Revain say they're able to. However, if you don't mind paying full price for a new product every few months, then go for it. I'm only giving this bad rating because I was promised a filter change. OK, you have been warned! EDIT: I contacted them and they gave me a new warranty product for free. Customer service is excellent which is why I'm upgrading it to 4 stars. According to them, I had to change the filter every 2 months and I was only using the same filter for 6 months before changing because the taste of the water only got worse after 6 months.
