I installed this fridge in my home this week to stockpile supplies in case of the current pandemic. I originally intended to test it out on my next trip to the state. But since all trips are cancelled, I've decided to use it at home instead. A few things that caught my eye straight away; the actual volume in the refrigerator is less than expected; This fridge has components that are built into the fridge itself, giving it a smaller interior space compared to other portable fridges I own. Hinged indoor power pack Relatively light weight Can be used with or without handles (to make it smaller) Comes with easily removable grilles Cons Does not withstand -20°C (the lowest temperature was -16°C, which is 3.2 F , and this in a 77 F room ) - The temperature inside the fridge is not always the same (especially when operating as a freezer) - Frequently turns on when used as a freezer. - No possibility to switch from C to F - The manual is only 2 pages for each language - Very simple operation - Grid takes up a lot of space and goes all the way to the bottom. As long as that fridge/freezer "does its job"; I have a similar one, about the same physical size, but it's actually bigger on the inside and doesn't have any cooling issues. I feel like this portable freezer/fridge is really just meant to keep your camping drinks and groceries cold for a few days and not to be used as a real fridge/freezer like some other products. Second hand. As long as you keep the limitations in mind, this seems like a good product. Since I will be using it 24/7 for the foreseeable future; If that fails, I'll report here and update the review. For now it works "great" for what I need it for.
