I purchased this product for grinding steel and was pleasantly surprised to find it can tackle a wide range of materials with ease. The silicon carbide material is truly industrial and scientific grade. Based on my observations, the tool minimizes the risk of overheating the workpiece even with prolonged use .The only downside is that it tends to wear out quickly, but that's understandable given the high-quality material and performance it delivers..
