As stated by a former customer in the comments, they are actually not suitable for certain applications (including mine). So I bought them anyway because they are hard to find. another person, I couldn't put a new lightbulb in the socket. Until I smeared it with silicone and pressed very hard. Very strong. Finally someone came in. Finally. You plug one in and it doesn't work, flip it. First 30 minutes, last 18, 30 minutes.
