The fabric is heavier than chiffon, so the skirt is suitable for all seasons. It's made from alternating layers of crumpled and smooth fabric - I put it on straight out of my suitcase and it looked amazing. It also comes with a pair of black briefs. I had to buy TWO sizes larger than usual. The large size I bought instead of the medium fits, but since my hips are not too big I can still pull them up to the waist and it looks ok.
